Volunteers
Help keep our parks and river valley beautiful and safe.
Edmonton has the largest amount of urban parkland of any city in North America. A significant part of our parkland is our river valley. We take pride in our natural green space and work hard to preserve it.
With Parks, you can volunteer for the Park Patrol or be part of the Park Steward Program.
If you have a "green thumb" the Partner in Parks program may appeal to you.
The Capital City Clean Up (formerly the River Valley Clean Up) is a City-wide volunteer opportunity that allows you to work in a park setting.
Go to Volunteer Opportunities to find out more about other volunteering with the City.
