Park Steward Program

To be a volunteer park steward you need to

• Know the area of the river valley you want to be a steward in
• Take part in an orientation
• Call in maintenance and safety concerns and inappropriate behaviour within the park system
• Maintain a dialogue with the program coordinator
• Provide a criminal records check
• Fill out an application

You don't wear a uniform, and you don't deal with the public.

Time commitment: whatever you can give

Benefits
