Training Philosophy

Jen’s passion for fitness began at a young age, when she discovered her love for sports, including swimming, diving, gymnastics, soccer, volleyball, and track. She followed her passion into elite soccer and then into university, where she studied kinesiology - human movement, performance, and function. Jen believes it is important for all of us to be active, as our overall fitness is essential for our overall health. No matter what your health and fitness goals are, the right mindset and hard work will get you there.
