With a comprehensive system, our trainers can help you create a workout plan and/or nutritional program that fits your unique fitness needs and goals.

Our CSEP certified personal trainers can help you set realistic goals, form good fitness habits, ensure that you perform exercises correctly and efficiently, and help you to reach your goals with your customized training program.

Personal Training Programs

Note: All prices are subject to change. Prices include GST.

Exercise Consultation

This 2 hour session includes goal setting, assessment, program design and equipment orientation.

Member Fee - $112.50,  Non-Member Fee - $125

Private Personal Training

A personal fitness trainer will work with you one-on-one to create a custom program based on your goals, history and needs.

Semi-Private Personal Training

A personal fitness trainer will work with your group of 2-4 people to help you achieve your fitness goals.

Small Group Personal Training

For groups of 5-10 individuals, these sessions are creative, progressive and monitored closely by a personal trainer to assess each individual, ensure proper form and progressions. Pre-registration is required and sessions are 4-8 weeks in duration.

Customized Small Group Personal Training

Find your group, find your trainer, book your time! Three easy steps to set up your own small group training sessions with a certified City of Edmonton Personal Trainer. Classes must be purchased and scheduled in monthly blocks and can be arranged for 1, 2, or 3 times a week. Fees are based on number of sessions planned. Minimum 5 persons required.

Nutritional Services

Nutrition is essential to getting the health results you want. With the help of our certified dietitians, you can boost your health to the next level, and/or get personalized tips about managing food allergies, sensitivities and intolerances.

Nutrition Counselling

In these 1 hour sessions, our dietitian will meet with you to discuss your current habits and help you set realistic goals, and offer suggestions and meal plans specific to your personal needs and lifestyle. Handouts will be provided based on your specific concerns.

Rates: *Member Fee - $150, Non-member Fee - $167

Nutrition Follow-Up

These 30 minute sessions are a follow-up with the dietitian to reinforce your new eating habits, make any changes and answer any questions. Available to clients after the nutritional consultation.

Rates: Member Fee - $75, Non-member Fee - $83
