Relax your mind and body through meditation and massage.
In this 8-week experiential course participants will rest in the moment-to-moment practice of mindfulness. We will begin by learning the foundations of practice - mindfulness of body, breath and mind. Formal mindfulness practices will include, sitting practice, walking meditation, gentle hatha yoga and body scan. Please bring a yoga mat.
